As an Air Source Heat Pump Engineer, you'll install, commission, maintain, and service air source heat pump systems in domestic and commercial settings. You'll play a vital role in helping customers move away from fossil fuels toward sustainable heating.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare sites for heat pump installation Install and commission air source heat pumps (including pipework, wiring, and controls) Carry out fault diagnosis, repairs, and routine maintenance (where required) Ensure compliance with safety regulations and installation standards Provide clear guidance and support to customers on system use and care Keep accurate records and complete documentation for each project

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Gas (CCN1, CENWAT) ASHP Installation Qualification, plus Water Regs Previous experience installing heating systems (heat pump experience necessary) Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with system controls Excellent customer service and communication skills Full UK driving licence.

Annual salary for this role is 40,000 - 42,500, dependent on experience and qualifications, paid PAYE monthly, with 30 days holiday (including bank), long-service holiday incentives and our pension scheme.

This role will be field based, full time 40 hours, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm, with 30 minute lunch.

Travel time is paid outside of your core hours, at 12.21 per hour, with 30 minute 'commute' deducted each way.

Flexibility towards the business needs is required along with Saturday working, on a rota basis (one in three), paid as overtime.
