Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our dynamic team. This role involves assembling various components in a warehouse environment, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. The Assembler will play a crucial role in the production process, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Document test results and report any quality issues. Work in a methodical and structured way to maintain efficiency and consistency. Keep the work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and productive environment. Identify and flag any potential defects or non-conformance issues. Maintain punctuality and excellent attendance to support team efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who is keen to learn (no prior experience needed, as full training is provided), physically fit (comfortable standing for long periods and working with hands), detail-oriented (able to follow instructions precisely and maintain quality control), self-motivated and hard-working (takes pride in producing high-quality products), with an interest in engineering and manufacturing..

Working Hours:

06:00-15:00 Mon-Thursday and 06:00- 11:00 on Friday.

Responsibilities

Assemble components according to detailed specifications and drawings. Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet required standards. Maintain a clean and organised work area within the warehouse. Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency. Report any issues or discrepancies in assembly to the supervisor promptly. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and tools.

Experience

Previous experience in an assembly role or similar position is preferred. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues desirable. Experience working in a warehouse environment is advantageous. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
