Job Description
Intralox is seeking a highly motivated and self-managed individual to work as a Cut Cell Operative in its UK Assembly division.
As a Cut Cell Operative, you have to ensure the following:
Quality of own work standards All work orders are cut in the most efficient manner possible. Encourage an environment of continuous improvements and convey the concepts of the Laitram Business Philosophy within the department. Housekeeping is kept in line with Health and safety requirements. All work process and procedures are followed in the most efficient manner. All work is completed within country or buffer target timeframe.
Job Indicants:
Set up and operate Rod cutting machines and Universal cutting machines correctly and by following the operations manual and adhere to Health and Safety. Make sure that all the jobs are jobbed on and off correctly, using I.D provided. Ensure all modification are carried out as per order requirements. Follow all work order instruction in line with quality processes. Ensure correct disposal of recycled plastic.Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work well with others in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail Willing and able to work additional hours as required by the business. Able to work in a dynamic environment and under the pressure of deadlines. * Willing and able to perform a variety of tasks in support of the short- and long-term goals of the business.
