Assembly Team Supervisor - Wiltech Acoustics

About the Role

Wiltech Acoustics in Loughborough is looking for a skilled and motivated Fit Out Team Leader to oversee our paint preparation team. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the team delivers high-quality work on time, while maintaining safety, efficiency, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage the Fit Out team, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality output. Set and monitor weekly objectives, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to Wiltech's high standards. Oversee and participate in all aspects of Fit Out procedure. Ensure team members adhere to ISO9001 policies and safety standards. Provide expert advice on material and tooling requirements, ensuring the team is fully equipped for each task. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to improve team productivity. Maintain accurate records, including timesheets, holiday requests, and attendance tracking. Communicate with the Production Team and other Team Leaders to resolve any issues and maintain an efficient production flow.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a related field in Assembly/Fit out. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to problem-solve and adapt to production demands. Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures.
