We are looking for a proactive

Assembly Team Leader

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in manufacturing or assembly who enjoys motivating others, driving efficiency, and maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and support a team of assembly operatives to meet production goals. Communicate company objectives, deadlines, and safety requirements clearly to all team members. Oversee daily production tasks, ensuring work is completed on time, accurately, and to the required quality standards. Conduct first-off and final inspections to maintain consistent quality and adherence to specifications. Monitor stock levels and report any losses or discrepancies. Promote continuous improvement, efficiency, and safe working practices.

Requirements:

Experience in a team leader or supervisory role. Practical, hands-on experience using hand tools - working in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Resilient and calm under pressure, able to stay focused and make decisions in a busy, fast-paced setting.
