Who is the ideal candidate?

We are looking to employ someone with practical skills for our Assembly department. You will need to have the ability to perform a wide range of manual, semi-automated and automated assembly operations.

We are looking for candidates who have an interest in manufacturing and engineering and want an opportunity to learn new skills and expand their knowledge. We offer training and development opportunities for candidates with a can-do proactive approach.

Essential Attributes

Previous experience in a manufacturing function (desirable - Full in-house training will be provided) Relevant qualification or previous experience in engineering (desirable) Able to work in a fast-paced environment High level of manual dexterity and hand eye coordination Able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail Problem solving skills Ability to follow detailed production instructions Able to communicate and work with individuals at all levels To have a good understanding of English - both written and oral GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths Basic computer skills
