Assistant Bar Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a General Manager with a marketing skill set, great communication, good at controlling costs and standards with the ability and aptitude for developing a great team. The chosen candidate will work with the company to develop the business and deliver budgeted profit levels.
Salary is negotiable dependant on experience with a good incentive bonus structure.
Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the team
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Train and develop staff in operations and customer service
- Handle customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Implement strategies to maximise efficiency and profitability
Skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in a hospitality setting
- Experience in team management within a pub/bar environment
- Knowledge of bartending, drinks preparation techniques
- Excellent organisational skills to manage kitchen operations efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 22,000.00-25,000.00 per year
