, our mission is to create a fun, pressure-free space for children aged 5 to 10--especially those who are new to football or who have ever been told they're not good enough. We're now looking for a

passionate, people-first coach

to lead our sessions in

Milton Keynes

.

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with children, values creating a positive impact, and believes in football as a tool for fun, confidence, and connection--not pressure or performance. We're not interested in your badges--we're interested in your passion, energy, and ability to engage kids. Whether you come from football, other sports, teaching, or youth work, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be responsible for:



Supporting weekly coaching sessions every Thursday, 6-7pm Supporting a head coach and ensuring session flow Creating a safe, welcoming, and fun environment Onboarding new players and supporting trialists Communicating clearly with parents where needed Being the face of Next Step Football Academy at your centre

What we're looking for:



A passion for working with kids and helping them grow Experience delivering engaging, structured sessions Confident leadership and communication skills Reliable and committed A full UK driving licence (Desirable) Enhanced DBS certificate (preferred - or willing to obtain)

We know that many brilliant coaches already have strong relationships within their local football community--and we'd love to reward that. If you're currently coaching in a grassroots club or have connections with parents and players in the area, you'll receive

a commission for every child you refer

who joins our sessions.

Whether it's families you already work with or parents you know from other environments, if you help bring them over to Next Step Football Academy, we'll make sure you're recognised for it. It's our way of saying thank you for helping more kids find a fun, welcoming place to play.

We'll support you with a clear weekly plan and ongoing guidance. If you care more about people than prestige and believe football should be for every child--this is the role for you.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 per week
