As an assistant facility manager at Sub800, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our office spaces and delivering supplies to clients. You'll be responsible for minor repairs, furniture assembly, and ensuring our facilities are in top condition. We're looking for someone proactive, reliable, and with great attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and install office furniture, snacks, and supplies to clients
Conduct maintenance tasks (e.g. painting, light repairs, fixing equipment)
Assist with office setups and general handyman tasks
Respond to client maintenance requests in a timely manner
Collaborate with the operations team to support day-to-day needs
Requirements:
Experience in a similar maintenance role
Knowledge of repair, installation and maintenance tasks
A valid UK driving licence
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and solve problems on the spot
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
