Assistant Greenkeeper
Job Description
Buchanan Castle Golf Club is a private members club with a well-established and mature James Braid course, easily accessed and situated beautifully near Loch Lomond in the Trossachs National Park, Drymen just 20 mins outside Glasgow.
The club is looking to recruit full-time Assistant Greenkeepers to join our enthusiastic and experienced team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at our beautiful golf club within a friendly greens team. Working under the direction of the course manager/head greenkeeper to provide an excellent golfing experience for our members and visitors. The position is full time and is an excellent opportunity, and be a part of an exciting future at Buchanan Castle Golf Club.
Qualifications:
Minimum SVQ Level 2 Greenkeeping/Sportsturf maintenance.
Minimum 3 years' experience working in a golf course environment.
PA1 &PA6 Spraying Certificates essential and PA2a desirable.
Chainsaw certificates, desirable but not essential.
BIGGA member desirable.

Full UK driving licence.
