An exciting opportunity has arisen. SP Golf Centre Ltd is looking to recruit an Pro Shop Assistants for an 18-hole golf course located in Stockley Park, Hayes.
The course and greenkeeping department is currently undergoing transitional development to improve standards and tools for our greenkeeping team to carry out their duties. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual to gain experience and have an input in the development process. We are looking for an enthusiastic
Assistant Greenkeeper
to assist with all aspects of golf course maintenance. The candidate should be experienced in using a wide range of sports turf machinery as well as having an a good understanding of course presentation. Previous experience working on a golf course or in a similar position is therefore essential. The department aims to be forward thinking and efficient, while striving to provide a great golfing experience for our members and visitors.Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and enhancing landscapes through groundskeeping and gardening tasks. Operate and maintain power tools and hand tools for various maintenance projects. Implement irrigation systems and ensure their proper functionality. Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform repairs and upkeep on equipment. Collaborate with team members to execute construction and horticulture tasks efficiently. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance and landscaping activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
