We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies. Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation and production activities to maintain quality standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards, promoting a safe working environment. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service and enhance their skills in hospitality. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction. Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager in inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling waste. Assist in creating staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Participate in promotional activities and events to drive business growth.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential, with a focus on food preparation and production. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
