Office Administrator
to join our team and help deliver exceptional customer service and manage day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
: Provide outstanding support to our customers via email, phone, and live chat. Handle inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Bookkeeping
: Manage and maintain financial records, including invoicing, payroll, and expense tracking. Ensure compliance with financial procedures.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations of the business.
Support the management team with administrative tasks and reporting as required.

Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Minimum requirement of a 2:2 undergraduate degree.
