Min. 40 hours per week; 9-6pm, Monday-Friday (except in case where business needs require different hours i.e. cover/training/support on a Saturday or earlier/later shifts). Extra hours may be required

Sitting at the heart of our management team, you will help to ensure the smooth running of a busy clinic. You will support the Practice Director in the day-to-day running of the business, leading in their absence and acting as a role model for the team.

WHAT ARE AN ASSISTANT PM'S RESPONSIBILITIES?
On-the-ground support in the clinic for the Practice Director and Clinical Manager, ensuring the smooth running of operational activity
Quality control of client services, clinic procedures and clinic context
Day-to-day team accountability to meeting culture standards
Nurturing the team and their wellbeing
Front desk training and support, identify and action areas of underperformance, able to cover the front desk if needed and train on all areas of the Chiropractic Assistant role (training provided for this)
Monitor and drive strong output from the front desk team in line with objectives (i.e. promotional activity, client education, retention etc)
Inspire the team to take ownership of the clinic, client management and their own learning and development
Assist the Practice Director in their responsibilities including: recruitment and initial training for new CAs; line management responsibilities for front desk team; management of client issues
Integrate with the Locks Heath clinic, working closely with the APM there to: ensure consistent approach across the whole team; share best practice; support in times of company transitions/holidays for the other clinic etc.
