This is a full-time position with varied shifts (early and late), based on 5 days out of 7, including weekend work

SALARY:

Pay scale 30,000 > 36,000 per annum

About the role:

You will join a supportive team of existing Assistant Thermal Village Managers and you will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of the Spa whilst on shift. We are seeking to recruit a versatile, strong individual with a hands-on approach, to join the team to help ensure the Spa delivers a high-quality service to our guests, maximising all sales opportunities.

The Position:

Main duties will include but are not limited to;

Driving, leading, and overseeing all aspects of the existing Thermal Spa business whilst focussing on all standards and facilities. Ensuring high standards are maintained in all areas in the absence of the Thermal Village Manager. Ensuring all Spa Maintenance required is completed in a timely manner. Driving daily revenue and encouraging all staff to upsell availability. Understanding all pool plant procedures and ensuring these are followed. Ensuring the correct level of staffing at all times in line with business needs. Managing guests using Spa facilities.

The Person:

The successful applicant must:

Previous managerial/supervisory experience within Galgorm Collection is essential. Previous F&B experience. Have good knowledge of pool/leisure facilities. Demonstrate a very real and sincere passion for delivering outstanding customer service which will include building relationships with guests and Spa members. Be an exceptional people manager, demonstrating experience in building, managing, developing, and motivating staff to ensure excellence is achieved consistently every day. Be able to demonstrate outstanding communication skills. Be an innovator with the ability to think creatively and translate concepts into practical operations. Have excellent organisational and administration skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively. Have a flexible approach to working shift patterns including early, late, and weekend shifts.
