We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of our small friendly hospitality venue. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring positive guest experiences, managing staff and be self motivated, and maintaining the venue's standards of excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious young person with a passion for hospitality and management to lead a small vibrant team in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Oversee all aspects of venue operations.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics and operations.
Maintain health and safety standards in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Contribute to social media strategies to promote the venue's services and increase bookings.
Qualifications
Bright positive attitude.
Organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members alike.
Knowledge of guest services principles and best practices in hospitality management.
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required by rota schedules.
Previous experience in management is desirable but not essential. This role is ideal for a motivated ambitious person to lead a small team while delivering memorable experiences for clients and guests alike.
