We are looking for an ambitious and experienced

Assistant Manager

to join our leadership team at a luxury

Latin American Restaurant

in Chester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional with a passion for people, service, and standards to thrive in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

As Assistant Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting the General Manager to deliver seamless operations, exceptional guest experiences, and a motivated, high-performing team.

The Role

Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar. Lead, motivate, and develop both

Front and Back of House

teams. Deliver and maintain exceptional guest service that reflects the restaurant's luxury brand. Champion our use of

technology & AI systems

to: Reduce food and beverage waste. Streamline ordering and stock management. Ensure food safety and compliance with digital systems. Oversee financial targets including labour control, GP%, and revenue growth. Help drive sales through events, promotions, and strong guest engagement. Uphold health & safety, licensing, and compliance standards.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as an

Assistant Manager

or

Restaurant Manager

in a high-end, premium, or fine dining environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. A passion for hospitality, guest service, and delivering memorable experiences. Knowledge of Latin Americancuisine and cocktails is desirable but not essential - training provided. Financial awareness with experience in managing budgets and controlling costs. Organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure. A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail.
