We are seeking an accomplished Associate Director of Project Management to lead and shape our client\'s project management team. As the Associate Director, you will play a critical role in driving excellence in project delivery, client satisfaction, and business growth. Your leadership, industry knowledge, and strategic vision will contribute to the continued success of our client\'s consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead the project management team, ensuring the successful delivery of complex construction projects within the real estate sector.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives, contributing to the growth and development of the consultancy.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to secure new business opportunities.
  • Drive business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing new clients, projects, and revenue streams.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of the built environment to provide expert guidance and solutions on complex projects.
  • Monitor project progress, budget management, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 8 years\' experience in project management roles within a UK-based construction consultancy, with a focus on the real estate sector.
  • Proven experience in leadership positions, managing project management teams and overseeing multiple complex projects.
  • Essential experience in CA (Contract Administration) and EA (Employer\'s Agent) roles.
  • Highly desirable qualifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM.
  • Strong understanding of construction industry best practices and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business development efforts and secure new projects.
  • A strategic mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction and team development.
