The Role:
As an
Attraction Operator
, you'll be at the heart of the Caddies experience -- bringing the fun to life across all of our attractions. From managing capacity in the
ball pit
, to operating
bumper cars
and our brand-new
remote control diggers
, no two shifts will be the same. You'll also support our main attraction --
Crazy Golf
-- ensuring guests enjoy every round safely and smoothly, and when its needed, hop on the bar to pour drinks for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and supervise
Caddies attractions
safely and efficiently, maintaining high operational standards at all times.
Manage guest capacity & safety for busy areas -- especially our popular
Illuminated Amazeballs Ballpit.
Operate machinery and equipment in line with safety protocols and venue procedures.
Deliver
friendly, enthusiastic, and professional guest service
throughout every interaction.
Monitor attraction performance to ensure smooth operation, efficiency, and quality of experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all activity zones to promote safety and enjoyment.
Complete accurate operational checks, reports, and documentation as required.
Support
opening and closing procedures
, assisting management with daily coordination.
Communicate any technical, safety, or maintenance concerns promptly to management.
About You:
We're looking for confident, reliable, and energetic team players who thrive on creating fun, memorable experiences for others. You'll bring strong communication skills, positivity, and enthusiasm to every shift, along with a proactive approach to keeping things running smoothly, and prioritising guest satisfaction.
You'll be organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Strong people skills are essential, and while experience in hospitality, leisure, attractions, or customer service is desirable, a willingness to learn and grow is even more important!
Requirements & Skills:
Must be
18 years or older.
Excellent communication skills -- both verbal and written.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Awareness of
health & safety standards.
Comfortable working under pressure in a lively, fast-paced setting.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities or operational needs.
Leadership or team coordination experience is a bonus.
Passion for delivering
exceptional guest service
at all times.
