Job Summary

We are seeking a trainee Audio Visual Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the testing and maintenance of professional video equipment for various events. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality audio and visual experiences. The technician will work closely with the technical manager and operations team to ensure equipment is prepared to an exceptional standard. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in STEM subjects preferably post A'Level. We will provide comprehensive on the job and external training. Graduates with a relevant degree are welcome to apply.

Duties

Maintain the inventory of audio-visual equipment and ensure all items are in good working condition. Set up, test, and dismantle audio-visual equipment for customer demonstrations and testing. Troubleshoot technical issues. Pick and prepare orders for despatch Assist the loading/unloading of vehicles Provide technical support and training to staff on the use of audio-visual equipment.

Skills

Willingness to learn Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in high-pressure environments. Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required. (occasional) Develop an understanding of audio visual technology trends and best practices.
