The Role

We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious individual to join our production team as an Autoline Pre-Batch Operator. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, accurately weighing and batching raw materials, and ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

Operate production line machinery safely and efficiently Weigh and batch raw materials with precision Load powder materials into mixers (manual handling up to 25kg) Set up production lines and monitor product output Perform basic quality checks and testing Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area Store raw materials and finished goods appropriately Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks (if trained) Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures

What We're Looking For

A good standard of education Strong work ethic and attention to detail Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Basic mechanical aptitude Excellent communication skills Previous factory or production experience is a plus, but not essential - full training will be provided
