Summary

Are you an experienced Parts Advisor ready to take the next step into a dedicated trade-focused role?

We're seeking a driven and customer-focused Trade Parts Advisor to join our dynamic Parts team -- with a key focus on supporting, servicing, and strengthening relationships with our valued trade customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with independent garages and trade accounts Accurately process parts orders via phone, email, and in person Offer expert product advice and technical support Manage quotations, estimates, and invoices for customers Promote parts offers and campaigns to maximise sales Liaise with workshops and service departments to ensure order accuracy and efficiency Provide excellent customer service and resolve enquiries professionally and promptly

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry Strong understanding of vehicle parts and systems A commercial mindset and passion for customer service Ability to hit sales targets through proactive prospecting and account management Excellent communication and organisational skills Good telephone manner Must be available to attend occasional car shows and weekend trade events A full, valid UK driving licence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,500.00-29,000.00 per year
