Chelford Farm Supplies is a successful family owned business established 50 years ago, based in the heart of Cheshire. The company is one of the regions largest suppliers of farming supplies, agricultural products, gardening tools and machinery, animal feed, equestrian products, country clothing and footwear, along with an international online presence.

Due to our continual growth and success, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Automower Technician to join our busy and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of robotic lawn mowers.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Carrying out professional installation of robotic mowing systems, including programming, and customer demonstrations.

Diagnosing and repairing faults on Automowers, both in our workshop and on-site at customer locations.

Performing routine servicing and software updates to ensure machines operate at their best.

Providing excellent after-sales support and advice to customers.

Maintaining accurate job records and ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard.

About You

We require someone with hands-on experience in robotic mower installation and repair. The ideal candidate will be:

Technically skilled, with a good understanding of electronics, mechanics, and software configuration.

Confident in working both independently and as part of a team.

Friendly and professional with excellent customer service skills.

Organised and able to manage workloads effectively.

In possession of a full UK driving licence.

Requirements

Previous experience installing and servicing robotic mowers.

Practical problem-solving skills and technical knowledge are a must.

Comfort using diagnostic tools and software.
