to join our events team. In this key role, you will be responsible for the preparation, management, and maintenance of our professional lighting, audio, and video equipment. You'll ensure our gear is always event-ready and will also receive training to become an on-site technician, assisting with event setup and execution.
As the events industry operates around the clock, this position requires flexibility to work evenings, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Preparation:
Accurately prep AV equipment based on specifications from our rental management software.
Logistics & Transport:
Ensure equipment is prepared on time and safely loaded for transport. Assist with loading, unloading, and occasional deliveries.
Inventory Management:
Conduct thorough check-ins of all returned equipment, reporting any damage or missing items.
Maintenance & Repair:
Perform basic repairs and routine maintenance to keep our inventory in excellent condition.
On-Site Support:
Provide assistance with on-site event setup and breakdown.
Warehouse Operations:
Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse through regular housekeeping.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver. While a background in the events industry is beneficial, it is not essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, a collaborative attitude is a must. A valid, clean driving license is required.
