Are you a strategic leader with a knack for creating high-impact training programs that drive real business results? Do you have a passion for helping B2B clients succeed and grow?





Tribal Impact is a dynamic scale-up company specialising in B2B social media advocacy. We support B2B organisations that are frustrated with outbound sales and marketing tactics yielding little or no return. We help our clients' employees become digital brand ambassadors, building an expert brand voice that drives revenue growth. We are looking for a B2B Client Enablement & Training Manager to join our team.



This is a key role where you will design and deliver scalable client training programs that turn our customers into experts. You will lead a team of trainers, coaches and LMS specialists - employees and freelance contractors., acting as a player-coach who both delivers training and guides your team to success.



You will be a great fit if you:



have led and managed teams, ideally within a B2B agency or consultancy. have strong consultative experience, can assess client needs at a senior level, and influence stakeholders. are a creative leader with the ability to manage complexity, plan resources, and measure commercial impact. know how to create effective learning content and have hands-on experience with an LMS. have a passion for social media, particularly LinkedIn, is highly desirable. can evaluate key metrics, such as utilisation rates, profitability and NPS, undertaking any required improvement measures under the direction of the Chief Delivery Officer. can support employee experience, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives to foster a thriving company culture.

You will need:





To be prepared to travel, both nationally and internationally by our travel and subsistence policy. To be prepared to provide and utilise your own laptop, phone, and tablet to manage all work requirements and client account workload. To ensure the use of any privately-owned devices for Tribal Impact work purposes adhere to GDPR, legal requirements and relevant company policies. To actively participate in and create conversations surrounding our industry, engaging in dialogues, answering questions where appropriate, and developing trusted advisor relationships. To maintain confidentiality in all matters relating to the organisation.
