What You'll Be Doing



You'll lead and deliver full-funnel growth marketing strategies designed to generate high-quality leads and boost customer retention. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who loves experimenting, digging into data, and making informed decisions.

Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies to increase acquisition and conversion Use marketing automation and smarter processes to scale campaigns efficiently. Own and optimise marketing funnels, from awareness to onboarding and beyond Create performance-driven content (emails, landing pages, blogs, social campaigns) tailored to B2B buyers Analyse campaign data to measure ROI, test hypotheses, and refine strategies Collaborate closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing activity with business goals Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, bringing fresh ideas to every campaign

What We're Looking For..

(Must-haves)

2+ years' B2B marketing experience - ideally in SaaS, digital services, or tech Proven track record in lead generation and conversion optimisation Confident using multi-channel campaigns: SEO, PPC, email, and content Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar Strong analytical skills - you're comfortable using data to drive decisions Commercially minded, strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves
