B2b Order Fulfilment Lead

Job Description
IFGlobal is a fast growing eCommerce fulfilment business with operations across the UK, USA, and Europe. With a new state-of-the-art warehouse at Aviation Park West, we're scaling fast, and we want people who want to grow with us.
We're looking for a B2B Fulfilment Lead to ensure our wholesale and retail orders are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time, while leading and motivating a high-performing warehouse team.
The Role
Owning It
Ensure all B2B orders meet retailer compliance standards (labelling, barcoding, pallet configuration, EDI, etc.) Oversee picking, packing, staging, and dispatch of orders Ensure shipping documentation and labels are accurate Proactively reduce chargebacks and penalties Troubleshoot WMS/ERP and EDI order issues

Plan and allocate workloads to meet delivery SLAs Support and train warehouse operatives on compliance procedures Lead and motivate teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency Enforce warehouse SOPs and compliance checklists
Go Above and Beyond
Track KPIs and report on compliance performance Identify recurring issues and implement improvements Lead by example in operational excellence, safety, and organisation
You'll Bring
Experience in B2B order fulfilment or warehouse operations (3PL or retail distribution preferred) Knowledge of retail compliance standards (Amazon Vendor, Tesco, Boots, Asda, etc.) Familiarity with WMS, ERP, and EDI systems Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Confident team leadership and people management experience
Desirable:
supervisory/managerial experience, reducing chargebacks, forklift/MHE knowledgeBenefits
