25k base OTE 40k plus.

Are you ready to elevate your career? At Webdeli we are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our sales team and help us attract new clients for our Webdeli Local publication. If you have a driven mindset innovative ideas and a desire to make a meaningful impact we want to hear from you.

This role involves going business to business and cold calling. You will collaborate with local businesses around Cornwall who are eager to promote their discount offers with our exciting new Webdeli Local door to door flyer distribution. Also you will be promoting our new local discount card and adding businesses to our easy to use location map.

We are looking for someone who is eager to help build the business and grow with an emerging company in its early stages. Sales experience is essential although training will be provided for the right candidate. An immediate start is available with commission offered on targeted sales. This position entails 40 hours per week working outbound going business to business 4 days per week and 1 day in the office catching up with calls and booking appointment's.

All applicants must have their own transport for this job role and we have included a high commissions package to cover any car allowance for this position.

Duties



Achieving sales targets and maintaining high customer service levels Knowledge of the promotional calendar and tracking supported sales Delivering self-generated leads from outbound activity Ability to build a strong pipeline and customer base Tracking leads through CRM to maximise all available opportunities Gather market intelligence in your sector, identify relevant market opportunities and apply these insights in your business planning process to achieve your targets Identify, nurture, and develop relationships with key clients and important partner organisations to maximise revenue streams.

Experience / Skills Required:



2 years+ sales experience, ideally with a background in a B2B environment. Experience in 'solution driven' sales including Value Added Resellers is desirable Experience of driving new business leads Experience of building and maintaining customer relationships Running, understand and analysing sales reports Flexible approach with a 'can-do' positive attitude Self-starter with the ability to work within a team environment Ability to understand regular technological changes in a fast-moving environment Please apply now if this position feels like the right opportunity for you.
