Job Title: B2B Telesales Advisor

Salary: 28,840 Per Annum + OTE 16,000 PA + 4,8000 Car Allowance PA
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities within the Business customer segment. It focuses on maximizing lead conversion from both direct engagement and marketing activities, while managing existing accounts to increase Airband's share of profitable business. Acting as a central point of contact for the Field Sales Team, the role ensures seamless communication internally and externally with customers and suppliers. The position requires representing Airband professionally to expand the customer base and strengthen brand awareness. Collaboration with other teams is essential, involving regular liaison with Head Office and remote working, alongside customer site visits where necessary.
