We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Baby Room Practitioner to join our nurturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with infants and toddlers. This role involves creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for children while fostering their development through play and educational activities.
Duties
Provide high-quality care and supervision for babies and toddlers in the nursery setting.
Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children and staff.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
Assist in managing the baby room, including overseeing daily routines and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support the emotional well-being of children by providing comfort and reassurance as needed.
Skills
Experience with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles to support child development.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with parents and colleagues effectively.
