Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Baby Room Practitioner to join our nurturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to infants and toddlers in a safe and stimulating environment. As a key member of Little Nest nursery, you will play an essential role in supporting the development of young children while fostering positive relationships with families.

Duties

Manage the daily activities of the baby room, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all children. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood education and development. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting activities as necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the nursery, adhering to health and safety regulations. Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding junior staff and supporting their professional development. Drive initiatives that enhance the overall quality of care within the baby room.

Experience

Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is essential, with a focus on infants and toddlers. A background in early childhood education or relevant qualifications is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively engage with children, families, and colleagues. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and positive attitude in a busy environment. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development is crucial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,500.00-35,000.00 per year
