We are currently seeking a qualified, passionate, and nurturing
Baby Room Practitioner
to join our team. This role involves working in our baby room with children aged 0-2 years, supporting their early development and providing a safe, engaging, and loving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS.
Support the emotional, physical, and social development of babies.
Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Plan, observe, and record children's developmental progress and next steps.
Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment tailored to the needs of babies.
Follow individual care routines, including feeding, changing, and sleep.
Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 qualification
in Early Years Education or Childcare (or equivalent).
Experience working with babies
in a nursery or similar setting.
Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development for 0-2s.
Excellent communication, teamworking, and nurturing skills.
A passion for early years care and a commitment to providing outstanding childcare.
Baby room-specific training
(e.g., infant development, safe sleep, weaning, etc.) is
highly desirable
