Today Bread is looking for an

experienced Baker

to join our expanding sourdough artisan bakery in the heart of

Walthamstow Central

.

We're a small, passionate team baking naturally leavened sourdough bread every day, right in front of our customers. We care deeply about our ingredients, our process, and the craft of making real bread.

As part of our team, you will:

Bake a variety of sourdough breads and pastries with care and consistency Work with high-quality, seasonal ingredients Contribute ideas and help shape our growing bakery Share your knowledge, passion, and love for artisan baking

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in artisan bread baking (especially sourdough) Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality products A team player who enjoys working collaboratively Someone with curiosity, creativity, and enthusiasm for good food
