Role Overview
We are recruiting a Lab Manager to supervise and coordinate production in our London facility. The role covers pastry, bakery, and laminated doughs (viennoiserie). You will oversee daily operations, manage the production teams, and ensure consistent quality across all product lines.
Main Responsibilities
Organise and monitor daily and weekly production schedules
Supervise, train, and support bakery and pastry staff
Ensure product consistency and compliance with internal standards
Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational procedures
Contribute to improving processes and production efficiency
Candidate Profile
Experience in bakery, pastry, and/or laminated dough production
Previous experience in team management or production supervision
Strong organisational and communication skills
Practical, hands-on approach suitable for a fast-paced environment
Commitment to quality and teamwork
