Your Mission: Lead Our London Lab

As our

Lab Manager

, you'll oversee daily production operations across three key metiers:

Patisserie

Boulangerie

Tourage

(laminated doughs & viennoiserie)
You'll be responsible for:

Team leadership

: Managing, training, and inspiring a skilled production team

Production planning

: Organising daily workflows to ensure timely, consistent output

Quality control

: Upholding our high standards across all product lines

Operational excellence

: Driving efficiency, safety, and cleanliness in the lab

Your Profile

- Solid hands-on experience in

(ideally in more than one metier)
- Proven leadership in managing production teams in a fast-paced environment

- Passion for artisanal, organic, and gluten-free baking
