Role Description
We are currently recruiting a Lab Manager to oversee production operations at our London facility. The role involves coordinating bakery, pastry, and laminated dough (viennoiserie) activities, while ensuring smooth daily operations and consistent production standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and oversee daily and weekly production schedules
Supervise and support production teams across bakery and pastry
Ensure product quality and compliance with internal procedures
Monitor hygiene, food safety, and operational standards
Participate in continuous improvement of workflows and efficiency
Candidate Profile
Background in bakery, pastry, or laminated dough production
Previous experience supervising teams or managing production
Strong organisational and communication skills
Hands-on, solution-oriented approach
Ability to work effectively in a structured production environment
