We're looking for a passionate and experienced Bakery Production Manager to lead our growing bakery operation in North London.
Our bakery produces bread, pastries, and kitchen goods for our own shops and outlets (with a little wholesale). This isn't an industrial factory role -- it's a hands-on, well-structured bakery producing a variety of products, from artisan breads to traditional Mediterranean favourites.
You'll oversee daily production, manage stock and purchasing (with suppliers already in place), and lead a supportive team that includes a Head Baker and bakery staff. The role is about keeping things running smoothly, maintaining quality, and making ongoing improvements as we continue to expand with new branches.
