Biscuiteers is on the lookout for a proactive and inspiring

Manager

to take responsibility for our

Packing & Labelling operations

and ensure that all our amazing hand iced biscuits are packaged efficiently, on time and in line with quality expectation. If you thrive in a fast-paced food production environment and have a passion for organisation, leadership, and continuous improvement, this is your moment to shine.

What You'll Do...



Oversee the day-to-day running of the labelling and packing departments. Manage the training, performance and absence related aspects for all your team to ensure a smooth operation. Work with your supervisor to achieve the targets set through encouragement, coaching and offering regular catch ups. Deputise for the Icing Production Manager when needed. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste. Coordinate shop and corporate packaging requests, events, and stock control. Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety standards. Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports. Champion sustainability and GMP improvements across your area.

What You'll Bring...



Strong leadership and organisational skills. Experience in food production or FMCG environments and the drive to be hands on. Excellent computing skills and ideally to be familiar with stock control systems. A proactive mindset with a drive for excellence. Ability to motivate and develop teams. Confidence in managing rotas, inductions, and training plans. Familiarity with food safety and H&S documentation. A passion for quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
