Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation and food production in the kitchen
- Follow recipes and guidelines for food preparation and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and bar areas.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Help with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed.
-Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.
- Managing bar inventory.
- Maintaining a well stocked bar.
- Engage with customers and take payment.
Qualifications:
- level 2 food hygiene and safety or willing to do qualification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
