What you'll do:
-Support the general manager in day-to-day operations
-Lead and inspire our team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
-Oversee staff scheduling, training and development
-Manage stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory
-Handle customer queries and ensure smooth service during busy periods
-Assist in achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards
What we are looking for:
-A team player with strong leadership skills
-Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
-A passion for excellent customer service
-Strong organisational and communication skills
-Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.00-14.50 per hour
Work Location: In person
