Job Overview
The Hatfield House one of Belfast's best known and most popular institutions is seeking bar and floor staff for immediate starts.
Duties
Prepare and serve beverages to customers Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly manner Assist with stock management and inventory control Support other staff members during busy periods
Skills
Strong Communication Skills - Ability to interact clearly and warmly with customers and team members. Customer Service Focus - Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere. Multitasking Under Pressure - Able to handle high volumes of orders and activity quickly and efficiently. Attention to Detail - Ensuring drink accuracy, cleanliness, and order precision in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
Previous Hospitality or Customer Service Role - Even cafe, retail, or volunteer experience shows transferable people skills. Cash Handling or POS Experience - Useful for managing transactions quickly and accurately. Teamwork in Fast-Paced Settings - Any background showing you can work efficiently under pressure with others.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
