Responsibilities

Serve drinks and food to guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and utensils. Prepare beverages according to standard recipes while adhering to food safety regulations. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of hygiene are maintained. Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations between the bar and kitchen areas.

Requirements

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences. Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required. Knowledge of culinary practices is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
