Competitive Salary: 32,000 - 36,000

Permanent - Full - Time

Fever Tree opened their first ever bar at Edinburgh Airport in May 2022 and we are looking to expand the team at our flagship site. We a cocktail bar & cafe serving a range of breakfast dishes as well as a carefully curated all day food menu, and are passionate about sharing the story behind Fever Tree.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bar Manager with a strong, can-do attitude to join our team, with a particular focus on managing wet stock, controlling costs, and ensuring a first class guest experience. You will be a solid team player with an eagerness to exceed customer expectations, and deliver an amazing, tailored experience for each guest. You are the face of the business so will enjoy working with others and interacting with a huge range of guests.

The Role:

- Bar management & shift running

- Taking full responsibility for wet stock management, including ordering, delivery checks, cellar control, accurate counts, and waste reduction

- Monitoring sales, margins and performance

- Passionately sharing your knowledge of the Fever-Tree brand, as well as motivating and engaging staff

Kind of individuals we are looking for:

- Ideally you are currently established in a similar role, and have had experience within management in a hospitality environment

- Strong understanding of wet stock control & cost management

- Possess a sense of pride in your work

- A passion for quality drinks & outstanding service, & in delivering the very ultimate customer experience to showcase the Fever-tree brand.

- Organised & proactive
