Duties
Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Lead, train, and manage bar staff, fostering a positive team environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety practices.
Manage inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to ensure efficient operations.
Develop and implement innovative drink menus that enhance the guest experience.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times.
Skills
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills.
Cellar experience
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
