We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. Responsibilities

Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Lead and manage the bar team, providing training and support to enhance their skills. Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus that reflect current trends in the hospitality industry. Maintain inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed while managing costs effectively. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Requirements

Proven experience in a bar management role or similar position within the hospitality sector. Strong knowledge of food preparation, culinary techniques, and beverage offerings. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs. A passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
