The Role
We're looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead our small team and take The Upside into its next chapter. This is a hands-on role where you'll be behind the bar as much as you are managing it, setting the standard for cocktail quality, speed, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, stock, and supplier management.
Lead, train, and inspire a small team.
Deliver consistently excellent cocktails and drinks.
Uphold high standards of service, atmosphere, and compliance.
Drive ideas for events, promotions, and community collaborations.
What We're Looking For:
Previous bar management experience (cocktail bar experience essential).
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
A natural leader with a warm, approachable style.
Organised, reliable, and able to thrive under pressure.
Someone who values creativity and community as much as efficiency.
