Wharfedale Group is looking for a experienced and passionate Bar Manager to join our high-end bar team across two exceptional venues: our flagship Wharfedale Grange and our beautiful sister venue, Solberge Hall.

Both venues boast panoramic views, jaw-dropping interiors, and host some of the region's most unforgettable weddings and events. As a privately owned, fiercely creative business, we pride ourselves on delivering world-class service with genuine warmth, flair and attention to detail.

This isn't your average bar role -- think elegant drinks served in style, 100 espresso martinis during cocktail hour, and the energy of events that feel different every single time. What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a premium bar, cocktail lounge, or luxury events setting Ideally some bar management or senior-level bartender experience Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team Calm and confident under pressure during fast-paced service A natural flair for hospitality, making every guest feel truly special Exceptional cocktail knowledge and a passion for creating beautiful drinks A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to get stuck in Energy, personality, and professionalism A genuine love for luxury events and creating memorable moments

What You'll Be Doing:

Running the full bar operation at events, from setup through to close-down Leading and motivating the bar team during live service Crafting show-stopping cocktails with speed, style, and consistency Overseeing stock control, cleanliness, and bar compliance Creating an exceptional guest experience with every pour Working across both Wharfedale Grange and Solberge Hall Contributing to the overall success and reputation of the Wharfedale Group bar team
