From the founders of the Michelin-starred Sabor, Chef Nieves Barragan Mohacho, in partnership with JKS Restaurants, is seeking a passionate and talented Bar Manager to be part of Legado--a brand-new Spanish restaurant in Shoreditch.

The Restaurant

Legado, meaning 'legacy' in Spanish will showcase the depth and diversity of Spanish food. With over two decades of experience leading Spanish cuisine in London, Chef Nieves is bringing her vision to life at Legado, a celebration of Spain's regional culinary heritage.

The Position

What we're looking for:

Proven experience managing a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant A natural leader who can inspire, motivate, and develop a close-knit team Excellent communication skills and a guest-first mindset A genuine passion for food, drink, and hospitality, with creativity and attention to detail Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure In-depth knowledge of wines, suppliers, and emerging industry trends

What you'll be doing:

Overseeing daily bar and beverage operations, ensuring a consistently high standard of service Leading and supporting the bar team, including shift management and training Managing stock levels, ordering, and monthly inventories Ensuring full compliance with licensing, health and safety, and hygiene standards Collaborating with the kitchen to develop seasonal food and drink pairings Delivering engaging wine training sessions and attending tastings with the Wine Manager
