Duties
Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Supervise and train bar staff in bartending techniques, food preparation, and hospitality best practices.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock control.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards within the bar area.
Develop innovative drink menus and promote seasonal offerings to enhance guest experience.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production that complements beverage offerings.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain a positive atmosphere.
Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and support to foster team development.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a bar management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Excellent bartending skills with a flair for mixology and creativity in drink preparation.
Demonstrated ability in team management and staff training.
Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
