We're looking for a dynamic dedicated Front of House & Bar Manager to join our team and take a lead role in managing service, customer experience, and bar operations.

The Role
As Front of House & Bar Manager, you'll work closely with our Directors to ensure each event runs seamlessly. This hands-on role combines operations, guest service, and bar management, leading a team that delivers polished and warm hospitality. We welcome applicants eager to learn and grow into the role, and we're open to creative ideas -- including developing your own event concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Work alongside Directors to manage bookings, client relationships, and overall event operations.
Prepare event spaces and coordinate logistics with external suppliers and staff.
Lead front-of-house and bar teams to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
Oversee service, ensuring dietary and allergy requirements are met.
Manage staff rotas, recruitment, and training.
Handle guest interactions professionally, resolving any queries or issues.
Monitor stock levels, supplier relationships, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
About You
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role (Front of House, Bar, or Events).
Strong leadership and team management skills with a drive to learn.
Confident in handling customer interactions and resolving complaints.
Organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of bar operations and responsible alcohol service.
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
